As one of the first proponents of digital film making, he traveled around the world training film camera departments to make the transition to digital. Keith has worked with many esteemed film makers including Alan Davio, Alan Casio, Emuele Lubeski (Chivo), Arhthur Reinhart, Tom Houton, and Dean Devlin.
Keith worked as a supervisor on such box office hits as INDEPENDENCE DAY, GODZILLA, CLUELESS, ALIEN RESURRECTION, TITANIC, COLLATERAL, ALI and PEARL HARBOR. Keith has established himself as an authority in the emerging field of High Definition (HD) digital cinematography.
Awards for Keith's films included The Cine Golden Eagle, Mill Valley Film Festival's Significant American Short Award, Philadelphia Film Festival's Silver Award and Finalist at The USA Film Festival.
Before his work in Hollywood Keith was a partner in the Telemundo affiliate station KHRR (which he also designed and engineered). Keith produced and directed over 200 television commercials and station promos as well as concerts and other special events. Keith then moved up to feature work, learning the craft directly from producers Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin on such blockbusters as INDEPENDENCE DAY, GODZILLA, and THE PATRIOT, all while continuing to study feature filmmaking at UCLA. Keith has an MFA.
Wanting to use his acquired skills to realize his own visions, Keith has recently been producing feature length projects, such as THE GENE GENERATION, THE LEGEND OF BLOODY MARY, and 3 DAYS GONE.
Today, Keith collaborates on numerous indie films through his state-of-the-art digital production and post-production company, Red Cam Studios, serving as consultant, post-production supervisor, or producer. Combining his talents in all things digital, Keith has redefined the art and business of making independent feature films.
